A dynamic vinyasa yoga practice to develop strength and flexibility beyond just the physical. Enjoy your physicality and find empowerment moving from a place of true connection with your body. Classes are sequenced to heat and energise while preparing you to explore more challenging poses and deepen your practice.
Expect music, breathwork and themes inviting you to connect more fully with the entirety of your experience. This is an opportunity to return to what is most important in your life, a whole hearted practice in remembrance of your
true worth and incredible potential.
Suitable for: Experienced yoga practitioners. Students with some yoga experience who have a good level of general fitness, body awareness and enjoy a challenge are also welcome.

A vinyasa class with a moderate pace, finding flow between postures with awareness and breath. Expect a bit of playful challenge and a lot of mindful movement. Some longer, deeper holds or restorative poses towards the end as we wind down for the evening ready for a nourishing Savasana (relaxation).
Perfect for those with some yoga experience, those returning to practice after a break, or yogis who wisely recognise a moderate class is most nourishing for their needs for now. This class invites you to go beyond the physical, with music, mantra and themes offered to encourage a deep honouring of your body, of whats truly important in your life and a recognition of your full worth and potential.
Suitable for: All experience levels welcome. Complete beginners are welcome however I encourage starting with my beginners classes to get the most from your yoga adventure.

A class for beginners, where you can start or continue your journey at a gentle pace. The beauty about yoga is you get to be a beginner for as long as you like. As you continue, your practice will develop and evolve, allowing new levels of experience to unfold for you. In this class we will focus on awareness and breath as we explore postures, movement and flow. There will be the invitation to challenge yourself now and then, and encouragement to reconnect to yourself. There may be longer, deeper holds or restorative poses towards the end as we wind down for the evening ready for a nourishing Savasana (relaxation).

Weekend Wind-Down Yin Yoga
Soothe your body, mind and soul at the end of the week with a mindful, nurturing yoga practice.
Release tension, relieve stress, find solace from the hectic pace of modern life and the pressures or expectations of work, family and social commitments.
This class is suitable for everyone, regardless of experience. We will take things slowly and mindfully, using gentle movements to connect to our breath and come into our bodies. The practice leads on to restorative yin yoga where we use longer holds in passive postures to allow for deep, gradual release at the connective tissue level.
This gives time and space for reflection, contemplation and cultivates receptivity while being deeply calming and rejuvenating.
Practice will always include breath-work to soothe the mind and ease you into awareness. We close with savasana, total relaxation which may be guided or held in nurturing quiet, to access a state of deep, nourishing rest.
Suitable for: Everyone and anyone. Students who are new to yoga will find Yin a gentle enough style to follow along, and those with more yoga experience can go deeper into the mental, subtle and meditative aspects of the practice.
Advance Booking Only: £11
One to one sessions or small group classes are a great way to practice yoga at a time that suits you, with a class
tailored to your needs and the full focus of the teacher. These can be booked for special occasions or events, to
work on a particular aspect of your practice, improve your body awareness / alignment or to introduce you to the
fundamentals of yoga so you feel confident joining a group class. Sessions can be held in the comfort of your own
home, at your event venue or a suitable studio space can be arranged.
I am specialised in Yin Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Yoga Nidra and Pregnancy Yoga in particular however my training and experience means I can draw from more widely than this to create something just right for you, your needs or your occasion.
Get Started – One to One
3 sessions: 1 x 90 minutes, 2 x 60 minutes
The get started package is where we begin together. You will complete a consultation form so I can tailor the
sessions to best fit your needs and objectives. This can be a great way to build confidence before joining group
classes, learn how to modify practice to work with a particular issue or injury, to have more focused attention on
your alignment, or simply to allow you to have yoga sessions at times that fit in with your lifestyle. The three
sessions allow us to build your practice and for you to experience the benefits of regular practice.
3 sessions: 1 x 90 minutes, 2 x 60 minutes (at Happy Om Yoga Studio)
