Energising Saturday Morning Flow Yoga

An energising morning flow yoga class to help you start your weekend feeling great. There’s no rush in this 90 minute class. We find spaciousness in our bodies, minds and breath which in turn can help you find spaciousness in your life. We explore breathwork (pranayama) to calm and revitalise. As we move we gradually build heat and open our bodies where they may feel stuck or closed off.
There’s time to break down some more challenging postures giving you time to play with something new or work your edge. And of course there’s time to slow down and sink in deep, before final relaxation (savasana).
